    Deccan Samriddhi offered us a comfortable 3 BHK flat, around 1600 square feet, in a great location. The price of 2.35 Crore was manageable for our family. Being close to DAV Girls Senior Secondary School was the deciding factor for us. Kauvery Hospital being so close is also a significant relief. The children's play area is well-maintained and my kids love it. The building has a reliable lift system and good power backup, which is essential. My only minor concern is the ventilation in the smaller bedrooms could be better. However, the 24x7 security makes us feel safe.
