It’s located in Thiruvanmiyur, which is a well-established area in Chennai. The proximity to ECR, just 5 kilometeaway, is nice for occasional drives. Deccan Estates Pvt Ltd completed this project a while ago, but the villas are well-maintained and ready for occupancy. The main road access could be slightly better; you need to navigate a couple of smaller streets before reaching the project. However, the overall tranquility of the neighborhood makes up for it.
