This is my fit home purchase, so I was a bit nervous. I found Debock Jasmine Enclave in Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur. The prices were quite reasonable, starting at 30.8 L for a 2 BHK which is 1100 sq.ft. The fact that it was ready to move made the process much simpler for a fit-time buyer like me. Debock BuildePvt Ltd seems to have provided good facilities like 24x7 security and power backup. The location is also a plus, with the school and hospital very nearby. My only concern is that the building is from 2010, so the overall finish might not be as modern as newer projects. Also, finding the exact address took a little effort due to the lane access. But overall, it feels like a solid investment.
