We are looking forward to enjoying the residential feel of this part of New Delhi. The proximity to Najafgarh road at nearby is useful for getting around. However, we have noticed some dust from ongoing construction nearby, which is a minor annoyance we hope will resolve soon. The overall value proposition is decent for us.
