Being a ready-to-move property meant we could shift quickly. The location in Dwarka offegood connectivity, especially with the metro station nearby. We liked the fact that it’s a gated community and has dedicated security. The price range is quite wide, from 70 Lakhs to 1.4 Cr. One thing that could be better is the parking; it seems a bit tight if you have multiple vehicles. Also, the building is from 2002, so it's showing its age a little. But overall, it’s a solid upgrade.
