    I recently purchased a 2 BHK at Daya Magan Samara Mews. The built-up area is 1280 square feet, which is perfect for me. I wanted a ready-to-move-in property, and this fit the bill. The location is quite good, with Jayadeva Metro Station only 1.79 kilometeaway, making it easy to travel across the city. The swimming pool and gymnasium are great amenities for staying active. The developer, Daya MK, seems to have delivered a functional project. My only minor gripe is that the parking space can feel a little cramped if you have a larger vehicle, but it’s manageable.

The only drawback is that the road leading to the main Panduranga Nagar area can get a bit dusty during dry spells, but it's not a major issue for us.

The only slight concern is the traffic on Bannerghatta Road during peak hou, but it’s a common issue in Bangalore.

The location is great, with Jayadeva Metro Station just about 1.8 kilometeaway. It’s also convenient that Apollo Hospitals on Bannerghatta Road is close to here. The swimming pool and cycling track are nice additions for weekend relaxation. The developer, Daya MK, seems to have a decent track record. We are still considering it, but it’s a strong contender.
