Upgrading from our rental flat, we found Dahanam 99 to be a significant step up. We booked a 5 BHK villa, which is 2050 square feet built-up, offering so much more space than our previous home. The price at 78.11 Lakh onwards was a stretch, but the amenities like the swimming pool and mini theatre make it feel worthwhile. The Vastu compliant layout was important to us. The location near Sama-Savali Road is decent, though traffic can be heavy sometimes. We were also impressed by the landscaping and tree planting that makes the environment pleasant.

I purchased a villa in Dahanam 99 by Dahanam Group as I was looking for a ready-to-move property. The 5 BHK configuration with 2050 square feet built-up area offeplenty of space for my large family. The price of 78.11 Lakh onwards is a significant investment, but the area in Sama, Vemali is showing good potential for appreciation. I specifically liked the gymnasium and the amphitheater. The 24x7 water supply is a definite plus. While the project was completed in March 2015, it still feels quite modern. The only minor issue is that the OC details were not readily available, which caused a bit of hesitation initially.
