We looked at a 2 BHK which was around 600 square feet carpet area. It felt spacious enough for us and our two kids. The location in Shirur is decent, close to Vision International School which is a big plus. We are happy with the 24x7 water supply and the landscaping looks nice. Our only worry is the traffic on the Pune-Nagar highway during peak houIt can get quite busy. But overall, we think it’s a good step up from our rental flat. The internal roads are also well done.
