Vastu compliance was a tick mark for me. The proximity to Shaheed Sthal Metro Station is a significant advantage for connectivity. However, the dust from ongoing construction in nearby areas can be a bit botheome occasionally. The pricing seemed competitive for the location and amenities provided.
