The main draw is the location – it's extremely close to St. Lawrence High School, only 0.53 kilometeaway, which makes the morning school run so much easier. The built-up area for the 2 BHKs ranges up to 583 square feet, which should provide enough space for us. D P Associates is handling the construction, with an expected completion date in December 2024. The inclusion of power backup and 24x7 water supply are definitely necessary for a family. However, the address, 14a, 1a, Nakuleshwar Bhattacharya Lane, Manoharpukur, Kalighat, suggests it might be a bit off the main road, and I worry about the dust and noise from ongoing construction nearby. We visited the site and the general area seems quite busy.
