I opted for a 3 BHK with a carpet area of 1114 square feet, costing around 79.71 Lakh. Bharati Hospital is a critical nearby facility, though the data provided was limited on that. The St. VIEW INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL being two minutes away is a definite plus. I appreciate the inclusion of water conservation and rainwater harvesting systems. The internal roads are okay, but parking can feel a bit tight.

However, the internal roads within the complex feel a bit narrow, especially when caare parked on both sides. It can get a little congested sometimes.
