We are looking for our fit home and Cubic Meraki Tower caught our eye. The 3 BHK flat, with its 884 square feet built-up area, seems spacious enough for us and future family expansion. It's fantastic that Jupiter Hospital is right next door, offering peace of mind. The metro station is also quite accessible at nearby. We viewed the site and the Children's Play Area and Yoga/Meditation Area are great amenities for us. The price tag, starting around 91.68 Lakhs for the 3 BHK, is at the higher end of our budget, but we feel the location and planned facilities justify it.
