We were looking for a bigger space and finally settled on a 2 BHK here. Our previous rental was cramped, but this 735 Sq.ft carpet area feels much better. We chose CSS Aastha Highway North primarily for its location and the convenience it offeour family. Bridgewell Global School is just a stone's throw away, which makes the morning rush so much easier. We bought a 3 BHK, which has a generous carpet area of 1086 Sq.ft, giving the kids plenty of room to play. The project's readiness for move-in was a big factor since we didn't want to wait. While the overall experience has been positive, the parking space can be a bit tight if you have multiple vehicles. The lifts are functioning well, and general maintenance seems to be on point. Being close to NH- 203 and NH- 5 is super convenient for our commute to the IT park. We can get to work in about 20 minutes. The community hall is a nice addition, though we haven't used it yet. The only small issue is that the road leading to the project can get a little dusty during dry weather, but it’s manageable. Water supply has been consistent so far, which is a big relief.
