We were impressed with the amenities like 24x7 security, CCTV surveillance, and power backup, which are essential for peace of mind. The price range is between 45 Lakh and 53 Lakh for the bigger flats. The developer, Crest Home, has a good reputation. The only concern is the construction completion date of July 2026, which feels a little far off, and we hope there are no further delays. The project is CMDA approved, which is a plus point.
