As I am relocating to Pune for my new hospital role, I needed a place close to work. Creative Gurukrupa's location at Plot No. 85/1 Sector No. 09, Pradhikaran Moshi is ideal. It's extremely close to Dehu-Alandi roads and the Pune-Nashik highway. The Shree Multispeciality Hospital and ICU is nearby, which is perfect. I am looking at the 3 BHK flats, which offer carpet areas ranging from 824 to 1110 square feet; the larger ones provide ample space. The project is under construction, with possession expected in December 2027. I am particularly impressed with the focus on water conservation and rainwater harvesting. The developer, Creative Realty, seems to have a good plan for sustainable living.
