This place is pretty good for us. We got a 3 BHK which is around 1400 square feet. The price was 65 Lakhs, which fit our budget. Being ready to move was key as we didn't want to wait. The Olympic size swimming pool and gymnasium are great amenities for staying active. It's also Vastu compliant. The location near Hebbal is convenient for commuting. Internet connectivity is also available which is a must for us working from home sometimes. The view of the national park from some units is a nice bonus.
