    I was looking for a decent apartment in Pune within a budget, and Cozy Corner fit the bill. I chose a 2 BHK with a carpet area of 548 square feet, priced at around 20.33 Lakh. It’s ready to move in, which saved me a lot of hassle. The project offequite a few amenities, including an amphitheater and street lighting. The location near Pabal Phata is accessible via SH 27 and the Pune-Nagar Highway. My only slight reservation is the parking area, which seems a bit cramped if you have a larger vehicle. But for the price and location, it's a reasonable deal. The developer, Cozy Karishma, has delivered this project a while back.
