We bought a 2 BHK here in Jalan Aura City. The carpet area is decent, around 480 Sq.ft, giving us enough space. It’s good that the project is ready to move and Jalan Group has finished it for a while now, since 2011. The proximity to Amrutwel Global School is a major plus for our children. We also like the inclusion of a swimming pool and landscaping. The connection to the Aurangabad - Ahmednagar - Pune Highway makes commuting easier for my wife. While parking is available, it can feel a little cramped if you have a larger vehicle.
