    We shifted to Covenants La Casa last month and are loving the vibe here. Being IT professionals, we really appreciate that the complex is modern and ready to move. Covenants DevelopePvt. Ltd did a good job with the space planning in our 809 Sq.ft 2 BHK apartment. We use the waiting lounge when we have guests over. The location in Kalinganagar is developing very fast and we feel it is a good investment for the future. The Sum Hospital Road connectivity is great for reaching other parts of the city quickly. We do feel the visitor parking space is limited, so that is one small issue we face during weekends when friends visit us. We are overall very happy with our decision.
