As a government employee, I look for reliability and good facilities. Courtyard Phoenix in Bhayli offea yoga/meditation area and a swimming pool, which are nice additions. The 4 BHK flats are quite large, with the smallest being 3335 square feet. The Courtyard Group seems to be developing the area well. A major advantage is its proximity to Bright Day School and HCG Cancer Hospital, both nearby, which is incredibly convenient. The completion is slated for December 2030, which is a long time. I'm a bit concerned about the dust and noise from ongoing construction nearby, but that's common for under-construction projects. The water softener plant is a good feature.

The 4 BHK flats are very spacious, with areas going up to 6548 square feet super built-up area. The location in Bhayli is good, with easy access to schools and hospitals. The Courtyard Group has a decent reputation. The biggest drawback for me is that the project is still under construction and won't be ready until December 2030. This is a long wait. I also hope the parking situation is manageable once the project is complete. The 24x7 water supply is a relief.
