It is also very close to the Ram Krishna Mission, about a 2-minute walk. The size of the 3 BHK is 1105 square feet, which should be comfortable for them. The price was 56.0 Lakh onwards, and the project is ready to move in. I checked the builder, PRB Consultants, and they seem reputable. My only concern is that the OC was not available, which made me a bit hesitant, but my parents were happy with the flat itself. I hope they will be comfortable there.
