    We were renting a small 1 BHK for yeaand finally decided to upgrade to a 3 BHK in Aashray Puspanjali. The 1151 Sq.ft space is fantastic for our growing family. The construction quality looks solid, and we love the idea of a children's play area and a jogging track right within the complex. Being close to schools is also a priority, and this location in New Garia seems promising. The price was a bit higher than we initially planned, with our 3 BHK costing around 40 Lakhs, but the added space and amenities make it worthwhile. The developer, Aashray Construction, seems to have a good reputation. We are looking forward to settling in and enjoying our new home.
