The 4 BHK flat is larger than I needed, but it offeplenty of room. The proximity to Manipal Hospital Jaipur is a significant advantage, especially at my age. I appreciate the rain water harvesting system; it shows environmental consciousness. The Coral Group delivered a ready to move property, which was important for me as I didn't want to wait. The area around Bani Park is well-established. The metro station being a little over nearby is also a plus for occasional travel.
