We purchased a 3 BHK villa at Confident Aries in Kuriachira. The built-up area is around 1814 square feet, which is a good size for our family. It's ready to move in, which saved us a lot of time. The price was around 1.3 Crore. We liked the children's play area and the gymnasium for staying active. The 24x7 water supply and CCTV surveillance give us peace of mind. The only minor issue is that the road leading to the project can get a bit dusty during dry weather.

This project, Confident Aries, offewell-designed 3 BHK and 4 BHK villas. We chose a 3 BHK villa, about 2229 square feet, which is quite roomy. The price was in the 1.4 Crore range. The developer, Confident Group, seems reputable. We were impressed by the thoughtful amenities like the water softener plant and the card room. Having ample car parking space is also a significant advantage. The proximity to Athani Junction, just 2 kilometeaway, makes travel easy.

As an NRI, I wanted a comfortable and secure home for my parents in Thrissur. Confident Aries seemed like a good choice. I purchased a 3 BHK villa, around 2000 square feet, for approximately 1.4 Crore. The fact that it is ready to move in was a huge relief. The amenities like 24x7 water supply, Vastu compliance, and the children's play area are perfect for my parents. The proximity to the Thrissur-Shornur Highway is also convenient for them to visit relatives. The community hall is a nice touch for social interaction.

Finding a good villa in Thrissur was challenging until we found Confident Aries. We opted for a 3 BHK villa, 1814 square feet, which is a huge upgrade from our rental apartment. The price was about 1.25 Crore. It is ready to move, which was our top priority. The community feels safe with 24x7 CCTV surveillance. We appreciate the provision for solar energy as part of the electrification. The only slight concern is that the villa's initial price felt a bit high compared to other options we saw, but the quality seems to justify it.

The price point between 1.2 Crore and 1.79 Crore seemed reasonable for the size and amenities offered. Being Vastu compliant was important for us, and they have that. The community hall and swimming pool are good additions for family gatherings. Power backup is also a plus. The location in Kuriachira is also convenient, close to the highway.

The price point of around 1.75 Crore was within my budget for a larger villa. The location is excellent, being close to Daya General Hospital and Nirmalamatha Central School. The community amenities like the swimming pool and gymnasium are great for unwinding after a long day at the hospital. Power backup is also a vital feature here.
