We purchased a 3 BHK apartment in Comfort KC Das a few months ago. The built-up area is quite generous, with our unit being 1530 square feet. Being ready to move in was a big factor for us, and we appreciated that it was completed in December 2019. The location in Ashok Nagar is quite central, which is convenient for accessing different parts of Bengaluru. We found the price range of 2.6 crore to 4.98 crore to be competitive for this area. The security features like video door security and an intercom are reassuring. Power backup is also a good addition.
