The 2 BHK villas have a built-up area of 974 sq.ft, which is spacious enough for our family. The children's play area and the swimming pool are big hits with the kids. The only minor issue is that the Illalur Road leading to the project can get a bit dusty during dry spells, but it’s manageable.
