After retiring, I wanted a peaceful place to settle down. Columbia Belleza seemed like a good option. The landscaping and tree planting give it a nice, green feel. I looked at a 2 BHK which was around 1220 Sq.ft. The price of 97.6 Lakhs is substantial, but the Vastu compliance and the open-air meditation area were appealing. It’s ready to move in, which means no waiting. The developer, Columbia Infra Holdings, has a presence here. I did notice some dust from ongoing construction in nearby areas, which is a bit botheome. The 360 ventilation is a good design point for fresh air. The skating rink is an interesting addition for visiting grandchildren.
