We are getting a 2.5 BHK, which has a carpet area of 9300000. This price point for a 2.5 BHK is a bit steep, honestly. But the location in Tathawade, Pimpri Chinchwad is very convenient, close to schools and hospitals. Podar International School Wakad is nearby. The project is still under construction, with completion expected in December 2029. We are hoping the value for money will be there.
