The location in Mangadu is close to Mt. Poonamallee Road, making travel easier. I was impressed by the 20,000 sq.ft clubhouse and the gymnasium, which are great for staying active. The price for the 2 BHK was around 44.17 Lakhs, which was manageable for my fit investment. The only minor concern is that the car parking area seems a bit compact, but it should be manageable for one car.
