We decided on Devi Thiya Garden because we needed a place quickly and this was ready to move. The location in Mangadu is very appealing, especially being right next to Sri Krish International School, which is convenient for our child. We like that Devi DevelopeChennai has finished the construction. It feels peaceful here compared to our rental. One slight downside is the dust on the internal roads within Mangadu, especially during dry spells, but that’s common in developing areas. The distance to the airport metro station is around 14.2 kilomete, which is a reasonable commute. We are hoping the maintenance charges are not too high.
