    We were looking for a ready to move flat in Hyderabad and found CMG Pristine Apartments. We purchased a 3 BHK, which is 1612 square feet built up. The price was within our budget, around 55 Lakhs. It’s great that CHIREC International School is nearby, as we plan to start a family soon. The apartment complex has a children's play area and 24/7 security, which gives us peace of mind. The only minor issue we've noticed is that the power backup can sometimes take a few minutes to kick in during outages. The location in Kondapur is convenient for our IT jobs too. We are happy with our decision so far.

The Vastu compliance was also a point I considered. The only slight negative is that the dust from ongoing construction nearby can be noticeable sometimes.
