After retiring, we wanted a comfortable home in a peaceful area. City One Panache in Ravet seemed like a good fit. We bought a 3 BHK which is about 2722 sq.ft, providing ample room for our hobbies and visiting grandchildren. The landscaping and tree planting around the complex are beautiful, making morning walks very pleasant. The Climatised Pool with Music & Bar is a unique feature, though I haven't used it much myself. Water conservation and rain water harvesting are also thoughtful additions. The proximity to Akurdi Station (2 KM) is convenient for occasional travel. The main concern is the dust from ongoing construction nearby, but that's common in developing areas.

My parents liked the Senior Citizen Siteout area and the overall peaceful environment. The 4 BHK apartments offer plenty of space for them and any guests. Having Sterling Hospital nearby provides great peace of mind. The building has good security features, which is crucial. The price point around 4 Crore for a 4 BHK is justifiable given the amenities and location. The developer has been responsive to my queries from oveeas.

The proximity to Akurdi Station, nearby, is convenient. While it's ready to move, we are still waiting on clarity regarding the OC received, which is a minor concern for us.

The private elevatofor every suite were a big draw for us, especially when carrying groceries or after a long day. It's ready to move which was important because we needed to relocate quickly for work. The location in Ravet is developing nicely, though traffic can be a bit heavy during peak houon Valhekarwadi Road. Overall, the construction quality seems good and the amenities like the gymnasium are well-maintained. We are happy with our purchase so far.
