I recently visited Citilights Liberty as my office is nearby in Eco Space, which is just 250 m away. The project by Citilights Properties Buildewas completed in 2006 and is ready to move. I considered a 2 BHK, which has a super builtup area of 1109 Sq.ft to 1250 Sq.ft, with prices starting at 98.23 Lakh. The developer has packed the project with amenities – a clubhouse, swimming pool, gymnasium, banquet hall, and even a library and theatre. They also have EV charging points and solar panels, which is good for the environment. However, the road leading to the project can be congested, especially during office commute times. Also, the lack of an OC received is a point of caution. Despite these, the sheer number of facilities is impressive.

This is my fit flat purchase, and I chose Citilights Liberty. I picked a 3 BHK unit, which is quite spacious, between 1500 Sq.ft and 1900 Sq.ft. The price point is around 1.49 Crore for the larger ones. The location in Kariyammana Agrahara, Bellandur is quite central to where I work. It is ready to move, which made things easier for me. The list of amenities is extensive — they have everything from a swimming pool and gym to a creche and salon. There's also a yoga/meditation area which I plan to use. My only real concern is the super builtup area feels a bit smaller than advertised once you are inside the actual living space. It's not a dealbreaker, but something to be aware of.
