As teache, we decided to upgrade from our rental place. We looked at several projects and finally settled on a 2 BHK in Citadil Sri Nilaya. The size, around 1220 Sq.ft, is a good improvement for us. We liked that it is ready to move. The location in Ramamurthy Nagar offedecent connectivity, being close to Outer Ring Road and Old Madras Road. My husband appreciated the power backup, and I liked the children's play area for future family plans. The budget of 36.58 Lakh to 41.54 Lakh was manageable for us. One minor issue we noticed is the parking space; it feels a bit cramped if you have larger vehicles. Overall, Citadil Construction has delivered a functional home.

Citadil Construction seems to have a presence in Bengaluru for a while. The location in Ramamurthy Nagar is okay, though a bit far from where my office is. Getting to the Outer Ring Road is also relatively quick. My only gripe is the traffic getting out of Ramamurthy Nagar during peak hou, it can be quite frustrating. But overall, the apartment is comfortable, and the cycling track is a nice touch for my morning routine.
