We liked that they have features like EV charging and automated garden watering, which are very forward-thinking. The 70% open space in the layout is also a big plus, meaning less crowding. The main drawback is the traffic on Shornur Road during peak houcan be heavy. We are hoping the construction quality is as good as their certifications suggest. The completion date is October 2023.
