The location in Richmond Town, Central Bangalore, is excellent, with schools and hospitals very close by. I specifically liked that it’s a 3 open side property, ensuring good ventilation. The developer, Chowriappa Constructions, has been around for a while. The only thing that gave me a bit of pause was that the building completion was back in 2013, but everything appeato be in good condition currently. It felt like a safe fit investment.
