We were looking for something close to the Outer Ring Road and Chitrakut Scion fit the bill. It's nearby, which is manageable for our commutes. We looked at a 2 BHK which was around 1180 Sq.ft, felt spacious enough for us. The community has a children's play area which our little one will enjoy. Power backup is also a big plus for us, given the frequent power cuts in Bangalore. The landscaping looks nice and green. Seems like a solid choice for young professionals.
