We looked at ABI infrastructure's Chettinad Farms and liked the 3 BHK villa option, which has a built-up area between 1300 and 1750 Sq.ft. The price point of 41.98 Lakh to 73.5 Lakh fits our budget after considering the loan. Being close to the TeacheColony Bus Stop at nearby makes commuting easier. We also appreciated the indoor games and the gymnasium. My only minor concern is the access road; it's a bit narrow and can get congested during peak school houwith traffic from Manchester International School nearby.
