The best part is that Dr. Dasarathan Memorial Hospital is just a stone's throw away, which gives me peace of mind. Since it is ready to move, I could settle in immediately without waiting. The apartment is comfortable for a single peon. My only small concern is that some areas around the building are still under development, so there's a bit of dust sometimes. But overall, it's a good place to live.
