The 24x7 security is reassuring for us senioWe enjoy the green spaces provided by the landscaping and tree planting. The concept of rain water harvesting is also good to see being implemented. It's good that they have storm water drains too, which should help during the monsoon. The proximity to KV Matriculation School and Aravind Eye Hospital is a definite plus, though we don't have children attending the school. The approach road is a bit narrow, which can make traffic a little slow during peak hou, but it's not a major problem for us.
