Finally found a place after searching for weeks. Chattels Murari Orchids in Srinivaspura, Banashankari Stage 6 seemed like a good option given the proximity to Gleneagles BGS Hospital, which is important for my new job. I booked a 2 BHK which is 1116 square feet. The price was around 37 Lakhs, which felt reasonable for Bengaluru. The developer, Murari Builde& Develope, mentioned it's ready to move in, so that was a big plus. The area around Srinivaspura is developing, so hopefully, it only gets better. I do wish the road access was a bit wider though, the last stretch felt a little narrow when I visited.
