The 3 BHK apartment we looked at had a built-up area of around 1300 sq.ft, which felt quite spacious. The developer, Carp Properties, has included a lot of amenities like a swimming pool and a cricket pitch. It's ready to move in, so we don't have to wait. The only slight worry is the traffic on the main road during peak hou, but being so close to the school makes up for it. We are hoping it settles down once we are living there.
