The 3 BHK flat size is adequate for our growing kids. We appreciate the 24x7 water supply and the RO system which ensures clean drinking water. The community hall is a nice space for birthday parties. However, the traffic on SP Ring Road can get quite heavy during peak hou, which is a bit of a concern for us when we need to travel frequently. We are still considering it.
