We were impressed with the Vastu compliant design and the earthquake-resistant RCC structure, which are important for us. Ak Shree Infra Llp is developing this project on SP ring road west, Ghuma. The project completion is slated for December 2029. While the price of 50.0 Lakhs onwards was acceptable, the connectivity to the main areas could be better. It's close to Thaltej Metro Station, which is a bit of a distance. We are looking forward to the club house and the pickle ball courts.
