The size is substantial, around 1301 square feet, giving us much more space than we have now. Being so close to the Kollam – Theni Highway is great for commuting to work. It's also very convenient that Bharath Hospital is right next door. The project is ready to move, which is perfect as we don't want to deal with ongoing construction. Chandys Homes seems to have delivered a solid product. The only minor issue we noticed is that the road leading to the project might get a bit busy during peak houbecause of its highway proximity.
