As a business owner, I value convenience and accessibility. Chandrama Aangan is well-connected, being close to the Mumbai Bangalore highway. I bought a 2 BHK flat here, which has a generous carpet area of 405 Sq.ft. The price point, around 20.78 Lakh for this size, felt justified given the location and amenities. It's a ready-to-move project completed in December 2022 by Chandrama Construction. The proximity to DSK SCHOOL is also a plus if one has a family. My only minor drawback is that the Ideal Colony Metro Station is quite far, over nearby, which might be an issue for some.

We got a 1 BHK flat with a carpet area of around 314 Sq.ft. The price was within our budget, around 16.11 Lakh. It's ready to move, so we could shift in right after booking.
