The location is fantastic, being right on Lake Road, just off NH-17, making my commute easier. The project was built in 2012, so it's not brand new, but the construction feels solid and earthquake resistant. My only slight worry is the parking space; it seems a bit tight if you have a larger vehicle or more than one car. Otherwise, it’s a practical place to live.
