We were looking for a spacious home and found Chandra Highway Smart City. The 2 BHK row houses are about 1030 to 1155 square feet, which gives us enough room. Our kids can easily go to Excellencia Infinitum CBSE School, it's a short distance. The cycling track and theme park are also great for them. The price range of 39 to 40 Lakhs fits our budget. Construction is still ongoing, so we are waiting for the completion. The location near Jawaharlal Nehru Outer Ring Road is convenient for travel. My only worry is the traffic on the main road during peak hou, but hopefully, that will get better.
