    We moved into Challa Sri Vinayaka Toweabout six months ago. Our 2 BHK apartment is 1020 Sq.ft. The biggest advantage for us is the proximity to schools; DPS Beerumguda is literally nearby, and there is also a hospital very close by. The construction by Challa Constructions was completed in December 2021 and the apartment was ready to move in. They have amenities like 24x7 water supply and rain water harvesting, which are practical. The open car parking is okay for our one car. My only real complaint is the dust from ongoing construction in nearby plots, which can be quite noticeable sometimes. Also, the distance to Miyapur Metro is almost nearby, which is a bit far for daily commute. But for schools and general living, it is convenient.
