The proximity to schools is excellent; School of Scholais nearby, and the hospital is also conveniently located within nearby. These are crucial factofor us as a family. The project is under construction, with completion expected around December 2026. We are pleased with the planned amenities, especially the water conservation and rainwater harvesting systems, which are environmentally conscious. The main issue we foresee is that the access road to the project might be a bit narrow and dusty during construction, and we hope it gets properly developed soon. Otherwise, the location is quite promising.
